Giosuè is a rosato (rosé) of 50/50 Riesling and Cab Franc pressed together as a direct press and aged on its lees in stainless steel for 7 months and never racked. The Riesling is from a small plot of only Riesling planted near Georgian Bay. Even though it was harvested November 5th 2023 it came in at under 17 brix. The Cab Franc was grown by Eric Willms in Niagara. Native yeast fermentation. Unfiltered and zero additions.

Drinks Farm is a solo project by Drea Scotland. She is a winemaker at Paradise Grapevine, Toronto. The 2023 Drinks Farm vintage was produced start to finish by her at the Paradise Grapevine Winery located at 220 Geary Ave, Toronto. Her 2023 vintage, as well as the next couple of vintages from Drinks Farm, are made from 100% purchased grapes (négoce).
