HAPPY NEW YEAR

We are looking forward to seeing you back at the farm in the new year. 2019 is going to be another exciting year at Willibald and can't wait to share some of the projects we've been working on. Our first seasonal release, WINTER LIQUOR, is now for sale in limited quantities. You can find it at the farm, or online here

The team is back at the farm after a well deserved holiday break. Nolan is back distilling gin and future whisky, along with some other special projects we've been working on. Katie is back with an incredible new cocktail menu and Byron & Mike are back in the kitchen getting ready to launch some new winter dishes. To book a reservation at the farm, please see below.

Winter Liquor

(500ml, 45.5%) - Aged in ex-Bourbon barrels. Our first seasonal release was distilled in the fall of 2016. We distilled 100% Ontario grain spirit in our copper pot then infused it with winter spices & fresh apples. Perfect to keep you warm! Available now online and at the farm!
