Pink Gin Cocktail Recipe

FRENCH 75
Ingredients:
*Per 1 cocktail
- 1.5 oz Willibald Pink Gin
- 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 3 oz Dry Sparkling Wine or Champagne
- Lemon Twist
Instructions:
Add Willibald Pink Gin, simple syrup, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker or mason jar. Add lots of ice and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled champagne flute, then top with champagne. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
