We are looking for a dedicated and passionate sales person to join our team at our growing farm distillery & brewery. We would love to hear from you if you feel qualified for the role and want to be a part of the Willibald team.

Duties & Requirements

  • Representing Willibald off our farm, driving sales in on premise and retail channels. 
  • Meeting sales targets and executing sales plans. · Onboarding new customers the Willibald way. 
  • Finding new and creative ways to introduce people to Willibald. · Completion of weekly reports and updating CRM tools like DigThisData. 
  • Assisting with planning and managing tap takeovers or offsite events at licensees. 
  • Supporting our partner agency in retail by executing staff tastings and consumer samplings at the LCBO. 
  • Last minute deliveries, or assistance with getting product to licensees. 
  • This role is remote with the expectation of some home office use. 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Based in Toronto or the GTA. 
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ambitious. 
  • Comfortable with frequent driving. 
  • Strong time management skills. 
  • Self-motivated. 
  • Long term interest in the craft spirit and beer industry. 
  • Ability to work independently. ·
  • Previous sales, customer service, or work in the craft beer industry an asset. 
  • Valid G license with a clean driving record. 

Experience

  • 2+ years experience of experience in sales
  • 2+ years beverage alcohol industry preferred
  • A post-secondary degree ideally related to business
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

Compensation

  • $50,000 - $65,000 per year based on experience
  • Biannual bonus
  • Use of computer, company phone and company car or mileage

Willibald Farm is a thriving farm distillery, brewery, and restaurant located in Waterloo Region, just outside of the small village of Ayr. Our on-site restaurant focuses on true farm-to-table dining. We use a mix of traditional and modern techniques with a strong focus on local ingredients, our on farm beef cattle, and a menu diverse to compliment our wide variety of premium spirits, beer, and
cocktails made on-site.

Requirements & Skills
• Strong personal skills, highly motivated, and creative
• A passion for farm to table/scratch cooking
• Culturally driven
• A demonstrated commitment to a career in cooking, as evident from relevant
education and/or cooking experience
• Knowledge of kitchen safety, and general kitchen sanitation compliance


Compensation:
• $18-21/hr based on experience
