Jarel is a rosato (rosé) of 50/50 late harvest (October 24 2023) L’Acadie Blanc and Petite Pearl. The hybrids were pressed together as a direct press and aged on their lees in stainless steel for 7 months and was racked once. Native yeast fermentation that kicked off within 12 hours of pressing. Unfiltered and zero additions. 100% of the fruit is from Appletop Farm in Thornbury, Ontario which is certified organic and uses biodynamic practices.

Drinks Farm is a solo project by Drea Scotland. She is a winemaker at Paradise Grapevine, Toronto. The 2023 Drinks Farm vintage was produced start to finish by her at the Paradise Grapevine Winery located at 220 Geary Ave, Toronto. Her 2023 vintage, as well as the next couple of vintages from Drinks Farm, are made from 100% purchased grapes (négoce).
