With barely-perceptible tannins, it pours a hot Holt Renfrew-magenta in the glass and is texturally not unlike purple lipstick with notes of coronation grape, acai berries, sour cherry & spiced purple popsicle with a soft spritz & low, ripe acid. Treat this glou-glou like a Canadian Lambrusco with salty, snacky things or enjoy by itself with exactly one other person, there simply won’t be enough to go around otherwise.
