Inspired by the Belgian Farmhouse tradition this Saison is brewed with 66% barely and 33% flaked wheat. Bittered with Still Fields own Cascade hops and finished in the kettle with Czech Saaz. Barrel-aged for over a month and dry-hopped with additional Saaz. Subtle fruit punch character.
