Still Fields - Mixed Ferment Saison
Mixed-Ferment Saison is the first sour beer in Still Fields program. In 2021 they brewed a batch of Hoppy Saison with the aim of creating a mixed ferment culture. The bitterness from the hop character balances nicely with the tartness of the sour culture to produce a tart, but not overly sour beer. Brewed with two-thirds barley, one-third wheat and hopped with Saaz. Notes of lemon and sweet-tart.
