Fun Fact: Segal Ranch Anchovy is a hop grown for our friends at Fast Fashion Brewing in Seattle. This is their second harvest with the hop and we’re the only brewery in Canada that has been using it. The acreage is small and it’s given to friends to make a beer for Anchovy Fest in Seattle.
